Good Living Ingredients
Outside, the dawn is unveiling another fall-scape bursting with orange, vibrant yellow, shades of silvery leaves to deep green, plum, and velvet red. Under a canopy of raindrop-plump clouds, the cool, earthy air fills the senses plentifully. Corn mazes, pumpkin breads, and apple cider top the anticipations of the day, and the work hours start!
What better way to connect with such a rich, abundant season than to internalize and become one with the beauty of the world!
That is just what I attempt every day, beginning with a flavorful and fulfilling helping of natural foods such as my Harvest Breakfast Bowl Cereal.
Raw or cooked, this cereal is loaded with flavor, texture, and energy! Note that once you get the consistency and balance down, the sky is the limit with variations!
